The newest member of the senior management team, Caron’s focus is on ensuring we source candidates who are the perfect fit for our clients. Caron brings over twenty years of knowledge of the corporate sector specialising in law, accountancy and IT. In her spare time, Caron enjoys ceroc dancing and horse riding. She can usually be found at a local stable with her horse, Boris.
With over ten years' recruitment, new business and client management experience Charlotte joined LinkPoint to manage all aspects of New Business with specialist targeting of our recruitment services. Charlotte specialist sector experience ranges from IT, Telco, Media and Support services. Charlotte also holds the regional title for scrabble playing with a word maximum of 160 points.

Alex graduated from Strathclyde University with a Masters in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and is a Fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences. The first 16 years of his career were spent both as Clinical and Research Scientist. He subsequently moved into industry and over the ensuing 10 years held commercial positions for a number of Life Science companies including Invitrogen and GlaxoSmithKline in the position of International Marketing Planning Manager.
In 1990, he founded a Strategic Planning Consultancy, which provided services for over 80 companies across all Life Science sectors, professional Institutes and government units. Since 1998 he has supported the strategic development of a number of Biotechnology University spin-out companies in positions which have included Chief Executive, Chief Operations Officer, Business Development Director and Non-Executive Director.
Outside of work, his time is absorbed with his interests in Astrobiology, Genealogy, playing Golf (badly) and piano (hopefully - some would say – not quite so badly)
