We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Property sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Hotel Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of over 50 luxury serviced apartments spread across Central London & Wembley, and overseas.
Hotel Services Manager’s Core Duties
- Enhance the standard and quality of all properties in the portfolio
- Ensure the properties are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Manager a team of staff to uphold standards
- Maintain the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the properties
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Work closely with third party contractors for cleaning and maintenance
- Identify initiatives to boost the brand and firm reputation
Hotel Services Manager’s Skills Required
- Experienced in property management and / or managing serviced apartments
- Good team management and leadership abilities
- Do you have experience within a Hotel environment, not essential
- Excellent communications skills
- Good project management skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Best-in-class customer service skills
- Problem-solver
- Full, clean driving license
