We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Property sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Hotel Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of over 50 luxury serviced apartments spread across Central London & Wembley, and overseas.

Hotel Services Manager’s Core Duties

  • Enhance the standard and quality of all properties in the portfolio
  • Ensure the properties are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Manager a team of staff to uphold standards
  • Maintain the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the properties
  • Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
  • Work closely with third party contractors for cleaning and maintenance
  • Identify initiatives to boost the brand and firm reputation

Hotel Services Manager’s Skills Required

  • Experienced in property management and / or managing serviced apartments
  • Good team management and leadership abilities
  • Do you have experience within a Hotel environment, not essential
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Good project management skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Best-in-class customer service skills
  • Problem-solver
  • Full, clean driving license
