We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Administrative sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Virtual Receptionist / Contact Centre Agent to join an established and rapidly expanding company in London.
HOME BASED: 100% based from home once a few days training has been carried out in their office in Covent Garden.
Virtual Receptionist / Contact Centre Agent’s Core Duties
- Answering up to 200 calls per day on switchboard in less than 5 rings, being able to put 1-3 calls on hold if necessary.
- Relaying accurate messages and using initiative to respond to any queries.
- Working in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
Virtual Receptionist / Contact Centre Agent’s Skills required

- Previous switchboard experience, not essential
- Good IT skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel), not essential
