We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Account Management sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a VIP Account Manager – Dutch Speaker to join a highly established and very successful organisation based in Central London.

VIP Customer Services Account Manager’s Core Duties

  • Manage the growing VIP Dutch speaking customer base
  • Communicating with VIP players via email, WhatsApp and telephone
  • Look after the VIP players in order to maximise the revenue generated from such customers
  • Attend monthly product meetings to contribute to the success of the brand

VIP Customer Services Account Manager’s Skills required

  • Have excellent Dutch communication skills, both verbal and written (Language Level)
  • Have excellent English communication skills
  • Have the capacity to build strong relationship with customers
  • Have experience working in the gaming or gambling industry (desirable)
  • Have similar experience working as a VIP Customer Executive
  • Have sales and account management experience
  • Have an ability to understand customer needs and respond to them
  • Have strong organisational and prioritisation skills
