We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Administration Sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Export Administrator to join a remarkable manufacturing company based in Rickmansworth.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and finish at 4pm on Fridays, flexible with start and finish times.

Sales Export Administrator’s Core Duties

  • Dealing with customers queries and orders
  • Liaising with courier companies to obtain delivery costs and arrange transport
  • Finding most effective and efficient solutions for every delivery
  • Answering customers calls and emails in professional and polite manner
  • Following up on orders, shipments, delivery schedule, etc.
  • To negotiate rates and transport schedules, organising export paperwork & documentation
  • Making sure that all invoices are correct and in line with agreed conditions
  • Keeping the company’s databases updated by gathering information and data from clients
  • Answering telephone and taking messages
  • Taking dictation from Company Director

Sales Export Administrator’s Skills required

  • Must have Sage Line 50 experience
  • Flexible & keen to take on new tasks & responsibilities in a small office
  • Excellent telephone manner along with interpersonal & communication skills
  • Computer literate and able to use Sage sales order processing systems
  • The ability to make decisions and maintain excellent organisation in the workplace
  • Good typing skills and numeracy
