We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Residential Property sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Property Maintenance Bookings Manager to support the company’s operations by organising and co-ordinating all quote and job requests, and overseeing all jobs booked by the Bookings Co-Ordinators. The role is also to deliver exceptional customer service and support the Maintenance team.

Property Maintenance Bookings Manager’s Core Duties

  • Ensuring the team is booking and recording all quote and job requests as received
  • Learning the Engineers skills to increase productivity in bookings and minimise re-calls
  • Conducting monthly meetings with team and Maintenance Engineer
  • Ensuring descriptions are complete, clear, and user friendly for the Engineers
  • Ensuring job bookings are in the same area to save travel and increase productivity
  • Ensuring Engineers are fully booked and have enough work to achieve their daily target
  • Recording when Engineers are on site and tracking their completion of jobs
  • Conducting monthly 1-2-1’s with team
  • Checking that jobs have been completed as required and nothing missed out for quality control
  • Reporting on daily invoices, and received and booked jobs and quotes
  • Completing morning meeting procedures and updating Management
  • Ensuring company vehicles are clean and tidy and complete random checks
  • Providing cover and support to Bookings Co-Ordinator during leave and busy periods
  • Ensuring the income and invoice targets are achieved

Property Maintenance Bookings Manager’s Skills required

  • 1 years experience working within a maintenance company
  • Management experience
  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, G-mail)
  • Ability to multi-task and great attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A good re-call/memory of ongoing jobs
  • Quick learner and eager to learn
