We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Administration sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to work for a Estate Agents based in London.

Property Administrator’s Core Duties

Property Administration paperwork for the following:

  • Compile paperwork for Valuations & create Val packs
  • Generate letters for Instructions and writing up property details
  • Chase Contracts, AML’s and property info sheet
  • Process Price reduction/ Withdrawn/ Fall Through
  • Process Under offer/ Exchange/ Completion
  • Assist Manager with touting material and 123 letters
  • Photo management

You will also need to support the office with the following:

  • Office and individual IT management, phone and printer issues
  • Monitor and filter all calls to the MD office
  • Organise School Fetes and local sponsorships with managers
  • Maintain office appearance and sort any maintenance issues
  • Report RM/Zoopla issues and duplications
  • Arrange lunches for meetings
  • Teas and coffees for meetings and interviews
  • Tidying the basements/back areas, keeping all deliveries organised
  • Create and manage glossy brochures
  • Portal management including banners and logos
  • Marketing campaign, including flyers and Poster designs
  • Social Media, blogs, review sites & testimonials

Property Administrator’s Requirements

  • To be able to drive and have your own car
  • Experience in Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Proficient in Powerpoint and photoshop an advantage
  • Previous property admin experience, would be highly advantageous
  • Experience working for an Estate Agent, not essential
  • Reside in Richmond, Teddington, Hampton, Twickenham, Isleworth - or very close to these areas
