We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the IT, Digital & Telecoms sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Administrator to join the Professional Services team and to work closely with the Head of Professional Services to help ensure successful delivery of the company products.

Project Administrator’s Core Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the Professional Services team to ensure smooth and timely operations
  • Coordinate and liaise directly with all other internal teams (Development, Sales and Support)
  • Liaise with customer stakeholders on an on-going basis
  • Monitor project progress, manage and coordinate project meetings
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is available and internal systems are updated as required
  • Support the project delivery team during the lifecycle
  • Where appropriate, review and recommend process change – to improve project efficiencies
  • Manage the resourcing of the Professional Services team for pre sales, internal and external projects
  • Provide reporting and project updates to the Head of Professional Services
  • Representing the company internally and externally in a professional manner

Project Administrator’s Skills required

  • Experience dealing with stakeholders at different levels
  • Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to adapt and multitask
  • Organised and able to prioritise work
  • Confident and capable of handling issues as and when they arise
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office - in particular Excel
  • Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Capable of using internal systems to administer and report on project progress
  • Previous experience within the construction industry an advantage
  • Previous experience of working for an IT or Software provider and advantage
  • Experience of working with development teams and non-technical staff and advantage
  • Knowledge of project management methodology an advantage
