We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Administrative sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Personal Assistant / PA to join a very exciting and fresh design company based in Winchmore Hill, London, N21.

PA / Personal Assistant’s Core Duties

  • Organising meetings and managing databases
  • Assisting senior staff members
  • Organising employee timetables
  • Answering employees’ queries about office and HR-related issues
  • Ensuring employee information is up-to-date
  • Typing of business letters and correspondence
  • Managing emails
  • Liaising with clients and arranging work schedules
  • Organising company events
  • Ordering stationery and furniture for the office
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, suppliers, etc
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Sourcing the most competitively priced items

PA / Personal Assistant’s Skills required

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Reliability and discretion
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work

PA / Personal Assistant’s Key Experience

  • Experience in similar office roles (or the ability and willingness to learn)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills
