We specialise in the recruitment of high-quality candidates in the Managerial sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager / Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and facilities at several care homes around the Bromley Kent Area.

Our client is preferably looking for an experienced candidate that has worked within the healthcare sector.

Operations Manager / Facilities Manager's  Core Duties

  • Manage a small team of operations and facilities staff
  • Manage a number of medium sized care homes and other commercial premises around the Bromley, Kent area
  • Manage the health and safety across the various sites
  • Carry of risk Assessments
  • Manage contractors
  • Create business contingency plans

Operations Manager / Facilities Manager's  Key Experience

  • Experience within the Healthcare sector, highly desirable
  • H&S qualification, i.e Nebosh of similar
  • Facilities Manage accreditation would be desirable
  • Full UKJ Driving License
  • 3 years + experience in a Facilities Management or Operations Management post
  • Experience carrying out Multi-site operational / facilities support
