We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Marketing sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Executive based in Salford, Manchester to join a very exciting team.

Marketing Executive’s Core Duties

Campaign Planning:

The marketing executive will be responsible for translating overall marketing strategy and briefs into campaign execution plans, outlining what multi-channel approaches and methods will be utilised and detailing deliverables, targets, logistics timescales and costs.

Campaign Setup:

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the marketing executive will ensure all campaign setup is completing before campaigns are implemented. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring funding is secured, internal sign off processes have been approved, messages have been agreed, stakeholders have been briefed, target data lists have been identified and the logistics of the campaign have been considered.

Campaign Execution:

The marketing executive will own marketing campaign delivery to successfully drive lead generation, with focus on the following areas:

Email Marketing:

The marketing executive will be responsible for planning and executing email marketing campaigns that promote marketing activities (such as events, webinars, upsell and cross-sell campaigns) and marketing assets (such as eBooks, videos and whitepapers). This will involve utilising the email marketing platform to create email templates, draft content, upload target data lists, schedule campaigns and report on key metrics and results.

Social Media:

Working alongside the digital marketing executive, the marketing executive will be responsible for planning and executing social media campaigns in line with the company’s overall marketing strategy and marketing activities.

Event Co-ordination:

The marketing executive will be responsible for co-ordinating all marketing events, both exhibitions and hosted events, including managing all pre and post communications, registration workflow, organising venues, catering and logistics.

Content Creation and Syndication:

The marketing executive will be responsible for creating content including drafting initial pieces of marketing content, copywriting and syndicating content provided by the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to use across social media and email marketing campaigns.

Nurture Campaigns:

The marketing executive will be responsible for lead generated and monitoring lead lifecycle in nurture campaigns and facilitating that they are fed into the relevant upcoming campaigns to push them towards marketing qualified lead status.

Campaign Reporting:

The role will require the marketing executive to analyse all marketing activity and campaign performance, reporting back on campaign success and against campaign targets and ROI.

Marketing Administration:

The marketing executive will be required to undertake administrative duties and projects as and when required.

Key Experience

  • 2-3 yrs marketing experience
  • Confident with campaign planning, budgeting and executive
  • Familiar with traditional marketing and digital marketing
