We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Marketing sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join a leading business within the building and construction industry.
£40,000 - £45,000 + Company Bonus + Great Benefits + Hybrid (2 days from home per week)
Marketing Communications Manager’s Core Duties
- Maintain the company’s brand values and position within the building, construction and roofing industry (trade, residential, and commercial sectors)
- Deliver and manage the annual Marketing Comms budget to support the business’ objectives
- Report on the progress and costs of all marketing activities, including third party suppliers
- Manage all Marketing Campaigns and deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Deliver lead generation and MROI for all activity
- Manage all exhibitions and events (yearly event planning, hospitality and corporate events)
- Manage all PR and advertising to support the marketing comms objectives and develop healthy relationships with key media
- Manage, update, and develop all digital and social platforms and report on performance
- Support the Marketing Director with MROI reports
- Manage all assets and development to support the promotion of the business proposition
- Working with Product Management, manage all product launch campaigns internally and externally
- Support the HR team with internal comms, such as company newsletter
- Manage one Marketing Executive
Marketing Communications Manager’s Skills Required
- Minimum 3-4 years Senior Marketing experience
- Experience and knowledge of the Construction, Trade, Building, and / or Roofing Industry
- Degree in relevant Marketing subject
- CIM qualified (desirable)
- Experience of direct line managing at least one team member (desirable)
- Significant experience delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns
- Experience analysing marketing performance data and producing reports
- Experience dealing with the press and media
- Experience briefing and managing external suppliers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confident networker
- Excellent attention to detail and skilled editor of written and digital content
