We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the IT support sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Helpdesk IT Support Specialist Specialist / IT Support Analyst to join our client in London.

You will work within the Operations team to help support their customers with their content distribution platforms.

This position has the following working pattern: 8 x 12-hour shifts every 15 days


IT Support Analyst / Helpdesk IT Support Specialist’s Core Duties

  • Provide fast and accurate customer service
  • Learn their platforms and advanced troubleshooting streaming architecture
  • Work effectively with their content delivery teams to achieve results
  • Execute their extensive anti-piracy measures
  • Document and retain ever-evolving workflows and resolutions

IT Support Analyst / Helpdesk IT Support Specialist’s Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a B2B/B2C contact centre environment
  • Strong written customer service experience
  • Experience of working with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce Desk
  • Good level of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Google Docs

IT Support Analyst / Helpdesk IT Support Specialist’s Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Digital customer contact experience, preferably within a streaming or sports environment
  • Experience of working in a support role in IT, sports, or video streaming
  • Experience troubleshooting Android and iOS device issues
  • Tech savviness - you’re up to date with the latest trends
  • Sports fan, with working knowledge of sports websites
