We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the HR sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an HR Coordinator who is enthusiastic, bright and organised with experience of working within a high performing HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity that would suit an experienced HR Coordinator keen for a new challenge.

HR Coordinator’s Core Duties

  • Process in a timely and accurate manner all paperwork and relevant actions related to Starters and Leavers, including Inductions
  • Supporting the onboarding of new employees, creating integration plans and regular onboarding reviews
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver top quality candidate experience for all applicants
  • Promoting local company profile with attendance at local networking events
  • Managing appropriate budgets and creating reports for higher management
  • Own and develop partnership/relationship with preferred agencies and suppliers
  • Maintaining HRIS with accurate and up to date employee information, including; absences, contractual changes, appraisals, training etc
  • Maintain and ensure accurate record keeping and documentation in keeping with GDPR
  • Supporting the management teams with ad-hoc requests
  • Track and collate New Starter Probationary Reviews
  • Supporting line managers with one to one meetings and individual development plans
  • Provide first level guidance on applying HR Policies and Procedures

HR Coordinator’s Skills required

  • Minimum 5 years HR coordinator experience within Professional Services, Technology, Media or similar sector is desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with people of all levels
  • An ability to embrace and deliver rapid change
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Methodical and accurate whilst working at pace
  • Excellent IT skills including the use of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to organise own workload and use initiative once skilled and comfortable with tasks & activities
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
