We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the IT sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a POS Support for a huge global sports store to POS support and solutions solution for a new ePOS roll out.

Rate: £200.00 to £ 4000.00 per day (4 - 6+ months)

ePOS Support’s Core Duties

  • Build and maintain competences for POS support, including Webpos, back office, Flow, Posdata, and other related satellites solution
  • Experienced engineer with experience of break-fix and repair of Epos / IT equipment
  • Organize & participate Cashing system new release testing process
  • Build and facilitate country opening solutions on the third-line level cashing system
  • Build and ensure the functional monitoring for BUY solutions, optimize day by day the stability and performance
  • Build and implement the goal of MOBILE POS in stores to improve the sports users journeys, inside and outside the store
  • Closely work with different technical teams from France and China, build and concrete efficient collaboration process
  • Play an active role in a global team and company project (deployment, release, user request treatment, data analysis & reporting, etc)
  • Specialise and be the referent for competence for the solution
  • Train to be proactive for the repeated issue, critical incident, & potential risk. The goal is to reduce issues while store expansion growing fast
