We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Customer Service sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Executive – Dutch Speaker to join a highly established a very successful organisation based in Central London.

Customer Service Executive’s Core Duties

Working within our Customer Service Department, the main purpose of this role is to manage their Dutch speaking customer base. You will be communicating with customers via email, online chat and telephone to answer to their requests in order to maximise the revenue generated from such customers. You will also be required to attend monthly product meetings to contribute to the success of the brand.

Customer Service Executive’s Skills required

  • Have excellent Dutch communication skills (Native level)
  • Have a previous experience working as a customer service executive
  • Have a good understanding of customer service in an online business
  • Be a good communicator and problem solver.
  • Be computer savvy
  • Have an ability to understand customer needs and respond to them.
  • Must be able to work on a shift basis: hours of operation are Monday to Sunday, from 8am to 11pm
