We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Administration sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Retention Administrator to join a rapidly growing e-commerce company based in Central London. Working as part of a small, hard-working but friendly team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate an aptitude for excellent customer service, as well as showing initiative and the ability to learn quickly. They will also strive in a high-performance work environment and exhibit a willingness to go above and beyond.

Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours per week (9am to 5:30pm)

Customer Retention Administrator’s Core Duties

  • Liaise with customers via email and phone to resolve queries and problems
  • Update and maintain company and government systems in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the successful fulfillment of deadlines/targets
  • Perform other customer-service based tasks on an ad-hoc basis e.g. monitoring online review platforms and responding to comments

Customer Retention Administrator’s Skills required

  • At least 2 years’ Administration experience
  • A-levels are essential
  • Previous Customer Service experience (strongly desirable)
  • Good experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Good accurate typing speed and strong computer skills
  • Reliable and conscientious
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic
  • Quick learner and multi-tasker
