We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Analysis sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a CRM Analyst to work for a leading car manufacturing company, who will be responsible for managing outbound customer communications, including customer data strategy and profiling, communication automation and reporting, as well as leading an agency team to develop assets and ensure effective and timely delivery.

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office / 2 days from home

CRM Analyst’s Core Duties

  • Coordinate the CRM programme requirements - Work with internal stakeholders and agencies to ensure all the CRM programme pillars (tactical, nurture, trigger) are operating effectively, designing and managing creative briefs, copy and asset proofing, and agency management
  • Analyse CRM performance - Understand the brand and commercial objectives and track the performance and ROI of our CRM programme against these KPIs. Work with the Customer Data Manager to evaluate successes and arrive at key recommendations
  • Support the Data Marketing Manager across all digital activities. Proactively work with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, PR, and Dealer teams) and agencies to align activity performance and ensure the business is driving maximum consumer engagement
  • Proactively investigate new digital ideas. Monitor competitive promotions and events to ensure we are embracing the latest industry trends and opportunities
  • Monitor and report on all inbound enquiries across the Marketing team

CRM Analyst’s Skills Required

  • Experienced manager of CRM campaigns, calendars and agency partners
  • Good understanding of CRM campaign planning including KPI setting and ROI measurement
  • Excited by and with strong experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Thrives in fast-paced work environments with an ability to pivot quickly with moving priorities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exemplary organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise
  • Ambitious, with a 'can do’ attitude and the ability to find innovative solutions to challenges
  • A positive track record of solving business challenges using data
  • Highly competent user of Excel and data analysis
  • Passion for cars, tech, and innovation
  • A confident communicator who can build relationships outside of their team
