We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Charity sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Fundraising Officer to work for a fantastic charity supporting homeless and vulnerable adults. Working as part of a fundraising team, you will support the Head of Corporate and you will need to have excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.

Part-time - 21 hours/week (3 days) / Temporary - 5-6 weeks+

Flexible working - 50/50 split between office and home

Corporate Fundraising Officer’s Core Duties

  • Account management including regular communications with corporate partners
  • Ensuring all correspondence, meetings and calls are recorded within the CRM database
  • Creating fundraising products and tools to support our partners to achieve their targets and inspire employees at partner companies to support us
  • Assisting with all levels of corporate administration; thank you letters; certificates; project reports; updating information via the database etc
  • Producing monthly, bi-annual and annual impact reports for corporate partners and funders
  • Attending fundraising events, which may be outside working hours
  • Research, monitor and maintain information on prospects, maintain pipeline of prospective partners, produce proposal documents, and attend pitch processes for new partners
  • Leading on initial meetings with 'smaller’ companies who are looking to support the charity in a project-based or non-partnership capacity
  • Assisting the Marketing team with corporate updates via website and social media
  • Responsible for all aspects of the corporate volunteering programme, including liaising with companies, booking in and meeting volunteers, and managing annual rooftop garden party

Corporate Fundraising Officer’s Skills required

  • Corporate fundraising experience
  • Experience of working in the Charity sector (desirable)
  • Experience working in a customer /client facing position
  • Experience of building and managing relationships with customers or clients
  • Experience using databases (desirable)
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Good planning and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small team
  • Confidence to present and represent the charity to new and existing partners
