We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Business Development sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Administrator / Accounts Manager to join a rapidly growing facilities management company. The role holder will support the sales team and provide administrative and client support. Full training will be given.

Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, and Friday 8:00am - 2:30pm with 1 hour working lunch.

£20,000 - £25,000 per annum + Benefits

Contract Administrator / Accounts Manager’s Core Duties

  • Support the sales and operations teams
  • Prepare quotations and schedules for clients
  • Build relationships with clients over the phone and email
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales
  • Accompany line manager to client meetings

Contract Administrator / Accounts Manager’s Skills Required

  • Experienced as an Administrator
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills - written and verbal
  • Experience within the Mechanical & Engineering Services sector preferred - either in a technical or account management role
  • Experience negotiating and closing sales
  • Experience as a team player
  • Organised and able to manage workload independently
  • Ability to work under pressure
