They are looking for people very experienced with AWS, and ideally (Google Cloud Platform) GCP.

£70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + Pension + Other Great Benefits

Fully remote based with very occasional travel to the London office.

Cloud Solutions Architect’s Duties

Architectural Design:

Design scalable, highly available, and cost-effective cloud solutions multiple vendor environments (AWS and GCP as examples).

Create and implement architectures that align with business objectives.

Ensure security, compliance, and resilience in the design.

Cost Optimization:

Monitor & analyse current usage and suggest cost optimization strategies.

Implement best practices for tagging & monitoring cost and usage patterns.

Technical Strategy & Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and design cloud strategies.

Evaluate emerging cloud services and recommend appropriate adoptions.

Stakeholder Communication:

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand project requirements.

Communicate architectural decisions and their impact to non-technical team members.
