Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 pa Higher for the right candidate

Chartered Accountant’s Core Duties

Managing the day to day business accounts
Bookkeeping
Managing Service charge budgets and expenditure
Collecting rent
Paying invoices.
Managing taxes, (VAT & PAYE)

Chartered Accountant’s Experience

ACCA / ACA Chartered Accountant qualification
Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
Experience with property management accounting
Experience managing PAYE & VAT?
Good experience using QuickBooks
Excellent PC Skills, (Word & Excel)
Excellent communication skills
