1st / 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer / Helpdesk Support Engineer

Our client, a group of private schools are looking for a 1st / 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer or Helpdesk Support Engineer to carry out 1st and 2nd line support to the students and teachers across two sites in Croydon and Purley.

You will be required to carry out 1st and 2nd line support on:

  • MS Office products
  • Windows XP
  • Windows 7
  • Specific school software (training will be given)
  • General IT software packages

Requirements

  • At least 1 to 2 years IT support experience on the above
  • A full driving licence and a vehicle
  • Preferably experience working within the education sector
