Details : Our client is a medium-sized, owner-operated, successful forwarding company headquartered in London Heathrow. For the expansion of their business segment, they are looking for an experienced:-
Operations Manager national/international for national and international lorry charter service.
Your Responsibilities:
• Planning all tours (direct- or partial deliveries)
• Checking and accounting for transportability, profitability and delivery restrictions
• Ensuring shipping processes
• Organising all operative and administrative assignments
• Processing client requests
Qualifications Required
Your Profile:
• Training in shipping
• Sound knowledge in the field of national and international lorry charter shipping
• 2-3 years of professional experience as Operations Manager national/international in a lorry shipping company
• Experience in handling commercial and industrial personnel
• Good interpersonal and implementation skills
• Key-data oriented working method
• Good knowledge of IT and MS Office
• Languages: German (mandatory), French (preferable)
