Job Title – Practice Support Analyst Location – London Salary – £45,000 Permanent / Full Time Sector – Legal Applications to – martin@linkpointresources.co.ukA prestigious law firm based in the City of London are looking for a Practice Support Analyst to join the firm. They are one of the largest law firms in the world and are offering a good basic salary of £45k+, plus bonus and numerous benefits. As Practice Support Analyst your duties will include: • Providing a high level of support in the areas of litigation and transactional matters supported by the Practice Support Services (PSS) department • Providing advanced technical and case support and guidance to attorneys, paralegals and their clients • Providing advice and practical support to attorneys, paralegals and staff with regards to litigation support work such as e-discovery, document reviews, document productions and trial support, as well as supporting the transactional teams in relation to deal rooms, closing books and other related client-matter projects • Providing education and assistance to attorneys, trainees, paralegals and to clients The ideal Practice Support Analyst will have the following skills and experiences: • Excellent knowledge and proficiency in the following litigation support systems: Concordance, iConect, LiveNote, CaseMap, and TimeMap.Ability to support iConect servers, ability to write Concordance CPLs, and / or strong experience with Sanction preferred • Sound understanding of database technology required, including but not limited to relational and flat file database systems, data types, indexing and queries • Ability to create MS Access databases and / or support SQL 2005 preferred • Sound understanding of UK e-discovery law and practice • Knowledge of issues arising from foreign languages and character sets, ability to advise on forensic recovery and examination of data and / or ability to advise on preservation, collection and processing of data in EU countries besides the UK preferred • Knowledge of and proficiency in the use of batch files and proprietary tools for the management and manipulation of files and data • Advanced level of skills in PC applications, including MS Office In return you will receive a salary of £45,000 plus bonus and medical |
