Position Summary: The successful candidate will utilize our client's suite of electronic discovery tools to cull, convert, process, and host client ESI. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Process and pre-filter client data using LAW. Specifics to include: Metadata/Text Extraction; TIFF Conversion; Exception Handling/Quality Control; Export to Load files. •Analyze and troubleshoot issues with 3rd party load files and raw client data as necessary. •Manipulate data.Specifics to include:Perform data normalization, global edits, overlay or merge data into existing records; conversion from one database format to another. •Run search hit reports per client request. •Export data into industry standard load file formats. •Track incoming client media and copy for processing/loading. •Promptly and accurately enter data information into departmental data tracking system. •Production processing.Specifics to include: Stamping, Branding, re-OCRing, conversion to final deliverable format.

	Qualifications Required
	Required Skills •Minimum 1 year of processing experience using LAW. •Understanding of best practices for converting, processing, loading and exporting data and images to and from litigation systems. •Experience with Hosted solutions.Relativity experience is highly preferred. Preferred •Exceptional attention to detail. •Familiarity with Enterprise e-mail systems MS Exchange & Lotus Notes. •Functional knowledge of MS Access. •Familiarity with governmental digital documents production standards. •Conduct quality control evaluations of each processing step from receiving raw client data to production. •Experience importing images and data into databases; searching data; exporting data; reformatting and converting data. •Working knowledge of SQL & DT Search notation. •Basic experience restoring EnCase and\or FTK evidence files. •Working knowledge of industry standard load files (Concordance, Summation, Ringtail et al.)
