Role: 1st / 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer / Helpdesk Support Engineer

Our client, a group of private schools are looking for a 1st / 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer or Helpdesk Support Engineer to carry out 1st and 2nd line support to the students and teachers.

This will be on a 3 month temporary basis with a view to a permanent position being offered directly with the school after the 3 months temporary role.

You will be required to carry out 1st and 2nd line support on:

•MS Office products
•Windows XP
•Windows 7
•Specific school software (training will be given)
•General IT software packages

Qualifications Required
Requirements

•At least 1 to 2 years IT support experience on the above
•A full driving licence
•Preferably experience working within the education sector

If you are the successful applicant the school will also carry out a full CRB (Criminal Records Check) check.
